What not to send after a selling account is suspended

The first day is when people create a case that is worse than the one in the notice. The common version is a second seller account, opened so the shop can keep taking orders. Both eBay and Amazon treat that as its own violation. It does not pause the first notice, and it gives them a simpler reason to keep the restriction.
The next version is volume. A second appeal while the first is unread, a batch of messages asking buyers to change feedback, or a stack of invoices that were edited so the dates match. A false or altered document is worse than a thin file. If you do not have the invoice, say you do not have it.
Also skip the general letter. “We have learned from this and value our customers” can be attached to any notice, which is how a reviewer can tell it does not answer theirs. If a sentence would still be true for a different seller, delete it.
