Read the suspension notice before you write anything

The notice is the assignment. The first job is to copy the reason they wrote, including the policy name if one is there, and the orders, listings, or documents they named. A reply that talks about your history, your feedback, or how long you have sold is answering a question they did not ask.

Save the full message and the account-health or seller-standards page the same day. Restrictions change, and a later screenshot will not show what they showed you when they wrote. If they listed three orders, those three orders are the case. The rest of the account is background.

Sort the notice into one kind before you draft: identity or documents, a performance metric, a listing rule, a complaint about the goods, or a link to another account. Appeals stall when the letter is about a different kind than the one in the message.
