Write the appeal in three short parts

Amazon sellers call this a plan of action. eBay does not always use that name, and the useful length is the same. One page. Three parts. Nothing that could be sent, unchanged, by the seller next door.

Part one is what went wrong, in their words. One paragraph. If they said shipments were late in two weeks in February, that is the paragraph. Not the founding of the shop.

Part two is what you have already done, with dates. A cutoff you added, a listing you ended, a carrier you stopped using. Intentions do not belong here. If it is not done, it is not this paragraph.

Part three is the process that keeps it from happening again. A check before you ship, a rule for who can create a listing, a limit on how many orders you take up. Then stop. The worked example in the PDF is fictional and labeled as a sample, so you can see the length. You still have to write your own facts.
