What an eBay MC067 message usually covers

MC067 shows up on some eBay restrictions the way MC018 does: as a label. Two sellers can both see MC067 and be accused of different things. One message may be about a listing rule. Another may be about how the account is linked to a different one. The label does not tell you which.

Quote the operative sentence into your notes. Then list only the facts that sentence needs: the listing, the dates, the document, or the other account they named. If they did not name an order, do not build the letter around your best month of sales.

If the message is about a link between accounts, the reply is about that link. It is not a request to open a clean account and start again. Opening another account is one of the moves that makes a restriction harder to undo.

When you write, keep it to one page: what they said, what is true about that point, and what you changed. Cut any line that could be pasted onto a different seller’s letter without editing.
