How to read an Amazon account-health suspension

Amazon’s notice and the account-health page are two views of the same problem. The notice says why selling stopped. Account health shows the metric or complaint they are scoring. Read both before you draft, and write down the reason in their words, including any order IDs.

A plan of action has a shape people already know: what went wrong, what you did, what you will keep doing. The shape is not the content. If the notice is about late shipment, the three parts are about shipment. If it is about a product complaint, they are about that product. A plan that explains your customer-service values does not answer either one.

Send it through the path in the notice. Keep a copy of the exact text and the date. If they ask for a document, send that document, not a longer essay. If they deny the first plan, read the denial for the sentence you never addressed, and answer that sentence. Do not resubmit the same page with a new greeting.

None of this is a prediction. Amazon decides whether the account sells again. The work is to answer the notice you were sent.
